Privacy policy

Who processes your data
Eva Sholomitskaya, private practice (Belgrade, Serbia). For any question about your data, write to evasholomickaya66@yandex.by or message @evasexology on Telegram.
What is collected
When you submit the booking form, the following is stored:
- the name you entered (it can be any name);
- the contact channel you chose — Telegram, phone number or email;
- the topic and the text of your message;
- your IP address and browser user-agent — used solely to protect the form from spam.
Beyond that the site keeps anonymised visit statistics — and only if you allowed analytics. What goes into them is described below, under “Cookies and analytics”.
There is no need to enter special category data (health, sexual life) into the form — describe your request in a sentence or two, the details belong in the conversation.
Why it is needed
The only purpose is to get back to you and arrange a session. Your data is never used for marketing mailings, never sold and never passed to third parties for advertising.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Requests are stored in a Turso database and mirrored as a notification to a private Telegram chat that only Eva has access to. Traffic between your browser and this site is protected by TLS.
Processors involved: Netlify (hosting), Turso (database), Telegram (notifications), Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — visit statistics, only with your consent). Each handles only what is required for the site to work.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept for up to three years — enough to pick up the history if you come back. On your request the data is deleted sooner.
Your rights
At any time you can:
- ask what data about you is stored;
- request correction or deletion;
- withdraw your consent;
- ask for a copy of your data.
A message on Telegram or by email is enough — requests are handled within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that happened before the withdrawal.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It collects technical data about the visit and how the site was used: pages viewed, events (a click on a Telegram link, or the fact that the form was submitted), device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address. Analytics cookies are used for this. There are no advertising cookies on the site.
The contents of the form — your name, phone, email and the text of your message — are never sent to Google Analytics. Only the fact that a request was submitted is.
This data exists purely so I can see which pages are useful and improve the site. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
Nothing is measured before you agree: analytics_storage defaults to denied (Google Consent Mode v2). On your first visit a small banner offers “Allow” or “Essential only”, and your choice is stored locally in your browser. Declining changes nothing else — the site reads and the form submits exactly as before. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will come back.
Your age confirmation (18+) is stored locally in your browser and is never sent anywhere. It is not consent to analytics — these are two separate questions with two separate answers.
How Google handles the data is described in the Google privacy policy.
Age restriction
This site is intended for people over 18. Requests from minors are not accepted and are deleted.
